During a period of Action Short of Strike the staff at Castleroe continued to engage in Continuous Professional Development and engagement.   Castleroe PS  self-nominated to work with  ETI, facilitating a one-day visit, as they took forward the development and refinement of their quality improvement strategy in October 2022.  This allowed us to ensure that the same high standards of teaching and learning were ongoing.

Castleroe PS again welcomed ETI for a one day visit to complete a Thematic Evaluation of PE in May 2023.

ETI spent half a day in Castleroe Primary School in September 2024 to complete a survey on SPiM provision in The Olive Room, giving very positive feedback on both the setup and teaching and learning provision.

At Castleroe we are dedicated to transparency of practice and invite open and professional dialogue to develop teaching and learning provision.  We are lifelong learners.
